Farzana Bandali is a Chiropractor and Registered Massage Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. She specializes in women’s wellness, lymphatic drainage, clinical Pilates, and abdominal release work.
During the session, Dr. Farzana will share how the lymphatic system impacts:
Postpartum recovery
C-section healing
Bloating and inflammation
Lower belly “mommy pooch”
Puffiness and fluid retention
The heavy or “stuck” feeling many mothers experience
She’ll also demonstrate simple self-lymphatic drainage techniques that can be done at home to support abdominal healing, core recovery, and overall wellness.
