Session Equipment
Mat

At Studio Wake, we incorporate STOTT Pilates principles with props such as weights, resistance bands and stability balls to enhance challenge and variety. Reformer
STOTT Pilates reformer work utilizes a specialized piece of equipment featuring a moving carriage, adjustable springs and a variety of straps and bars to create dynamic, full-body resistance-based exercises. The Reformer enhances strength , flexibility and core stability while promoting proper alignment and controlled movement.

Cadillac Tower
The tower is one of the most versatile and dynamic pieces of Pilates equipment. It features a sturdy frame with adjustable springs, bars and straps that provide resistance and support for a wide range of exercises.
At Studio Wake, we use the Cadillac Tower to challenge strength, improve flexibility, enhance core stability and support rehabilitation. Stability Chair

An eight-week-long series designed for four participants, offering a structured approach to developing a deeper understanding of Pilates and enhancing mind-body awareness. This Mat Pilates class, based on STOTT Pilates® principles, focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, and promoting better posture and movement patterns. Throughout the series, we incorporate various props to support and challenge each participant based on their individual needs.
