Slow Monday Mornings Club is a 5-week limited series by Studio Wake created for mothers craving slower mornings, softer movement, and meaningful connection.

Each Monday begins with an outdoor mat Pilates flow followed by intimate wellness conversations and workshops led by local practitioners and specialists in women’s health, relationships, holistic healing, pelvic floor therapy, nutrition, and motherhood wellness.

Babies are welcome — bring your little one with you and move through the morning at your own pace.

Expect organic snacks, warm drinks, sun on your skin, and a community that feels grounding, supportive, and deeply understood.

Join us for a slow and supportive morning focused on movement, recovery, and women’s wellness. The session will begin with a 45-minute outdoor mat Pilates flow, followed by an educational wellness discussion and guided self-care techniques with Dr. Farzana Bandali.

Farzana Bandali is a Chiropractor and Registered Massage Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. She specializes in women’s wellness, lymphatic drainage, clinical Pilates, and abdominal release work.

During the session, Dr. Farzana will share how the lymphatic system impacts:

  • Postpartum recovery

  • C-section healing

  • Bloating and inflammation

  • Lower belly “mommy pooch”

  • Puffiness and fluid retention

  • The heavy or “stuck” feeling many mothers experience

She’ll also demonstrate simple self-lymphatic drainage techniques that can be done at home to support abdominal healing, core recovery, and overall wellness.
